Description

The DR-C1 underground hydraulic drilling rig is designed for comprehensive bolt installation in medium-sized underground mines. The working unit is equipped with a telescopic boom and a drilling module with a mechanized bolt feeder and a revolver-type bolt storage unit, providing an optimal drilling coverage area and high productivity. The drilling module is equipped with a high-performance hydraulic drifter and can drill a hole up to 54 mm diameter, followed by the installation of various types of anchors. Depending on the modification, the drilling module can install various types of anchors: self-anchoring (SZA), wedge-splay (KRA), hydraulic expansion (WI, Swellex, GRA), or steel-polymer (SPA). The rig's chassis is unified with the DF-C2 tunnel boring machine, simplifying its operation and maintenance. The drilling equipment is powered by a hydraulic power unit with an electric drive powered by an industrial network. To ensure safe installation of anchor support, the drilling rig can be equipped with a full-fledged boom with a manipulator for easy installation of metal meshes.
